Structural formula: [CH2-CHCl-CH2-CH2 ]n  Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a saturated polymer material, white powder in appearance, non-toxic and odorless, with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance , Has good oil resistance, flame retardancy and coloring properties. Good toughness (still flexibility at -30°C), good compatibility with other polymer materials, and high decomposition temperature.  Chlorinated polyethylene is a polymer material made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through chlorination substitution reaction. According to different structures and uses, chlorinated polyethylene can be divided into resin type chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and elastomer type chlorinated polyethylene (CM). CPE is non-toxic, does not contain heavy metals and PAHS, and it fully meets environmental requirements. CPE has high filling performance and can be manufactured to meet various performance requirements. CPE has good processing performance, Mooney viscosity (ML121 1+4) is available in a variety of grades between 50-100.   The raw materials of cpe frosted bags and PE plastic bags are polyethylene. One is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE), so why use the three letters CPE to indicate it? The C of CPE means one-way single-sheet casting, and CPE with a foggy shape means that when it is cast, it will pass through a matte roller and a smooth roller to produce a fog. The physical properties of CPE plastic bags and PE plastic bags are not much different, except that the frosted surface feels different. The tensile strength of CPE frosted bags is still stronger than that of PE plastic bags.
